The designers at Pigeon Organics want to make children's clothes that will be handed on through siblings, cousins and friends, that will last through many wears. Once they are finished with, the organic cotton will not damage the earth as it breaks down, but will return to the soil from where it came.
Pigeon work from their studio in Oxford, England, and their clothing is almost entirely GOTS certified - Global Organic Textile Standard - which covers from the field to the finished garment. Meaning the clothes your baby is wearing are kinder to them, to the farmers who grew the cotton, the people who sew them and the soil the cotton came from.
