Well look no further! I've done the thinking for you and put together a neat little kit of my easiest to use, most popular birth to potty nappies to get you on the road to reusables.
Baba + Boo pocket nappies are first up as they are so simple and reliable. Simply pop the pads provided into the pocket and away you go. The popper fastening is easy to use and secure - no cheeky hands unfastening these!
The Tots Bots Easyfit Star is next up and its a UK made marvel. Each nappy is made with recycled plastic so you are not only saving nappies from landfill, but plastic bottles too! Beautiful prints and an absorbent bamboo core make this a super popular all-in-one.
Close Pop-in and their double leg gusseted design are a stalwart of the nappy world. Perfect for stemming leaks around the groin area and with a combination of bamboo soaker and booster within, you can't go wrong. These nappies can be easily adjusted to last all night with a Pop-in nighttime booster (not included).
The Tickle Tots all-in-one is a slim fitting nappy again featuring a double leg gusset to keep on top of any cheeky leaks. Another British design, this one is great if you want something a little less bulky under clothes.
All of the above nappies are 'birth to potty' and will fit from roughly 6-8 weeks to potty training, although it is important to note all babies are different and their nappies may fit at different times.
Lastly for the nappies, a two part combination great for nighttimes or heavy wetters during the day. The fluffy LittleLamb organic cotton nappy with wrap will see most babies through a whole night. Choose size 1 for babies up to 20lbs and size 2 for all those above up to 38lbs. A great combo super thirsty and soft on your babies bum, too.
Finally a trusty double wet bag from Baba + Boo and a set of reusable wipes with their own bag from Close. These two items are worth their weight in gold, incredibly useful and will save you a packet in disposables! The wet bag is for keeping your wet and dirty nappies until wash day. For the wipes, simply moisten and keep them in the waterproof bag for at home or out and about.
